Comparison of investigative actions and operational search measures

As part of the research of the master's thesis, the provisions of the legislation regulating the conduct of operational investigative measures (IM) and investigative actions were considered. Certain types of these procedures were analyzed, and possible situations were identified when investigative actions are replaced by IM. According to the results of the study, the causes and the most common situations associated with this substitution were identified, and proposals were made for the development of legislation in order to eliminate legal uncertainty.
