This work is devoted to an attempt to estimate the demand function for Russian consumers, divided into 10% income groups (where the first group has the lowest incomes, and the tenth has the highest), into food groups (meat products, dairy, fruits, etc.). More specifically, the functional form of LA-AIDS was assessed according to Rosstat data for the period 2004-2022. The model coefficients were found, with the help of which elasticities for income, price and cross elasticities between groups of goods were constructed.
