Transport organizations must adapt to new conditions, seek ways to optimize their processes, and enhance efficiency. Changes in consumer preferences, disruptions in supply chains, and rising fuel prices place additional pressure on transport companies, necessitating flexibility and the implementation of innovative solutions. The aim of this study is to develop and substantiate directions for improving the competitiveness of a transport organization under conditions of global economic instability. The work focuses on identifying effective strategies and tools that will help companies cope with crisis conditions and strengthen their market positions. The analysis of theoretical materials on the topic of transport organizations' competitiveness and the factors affecting it included a critical review of existing viewpoints, an analysis of trends in the transport sector, and the identification of "bottlenecks." An assessment of the current state of competitiveness of the selected transport organization was conducted, identifying its strengths and weaknesses and evaluating the impact of external factors. A comprehensive set of measures to enhance the competitiveness of the transport organization was developed, encompassing technological, organizational, and marketing solutions. The expected effectiveness of the proposed measures was assessed, key performance indicators (KPIs) were determined, and an implementation plan was formulated. The results of this study will provide practical recommendations for improving operational efficiency and can serve as a basis for further scientific research in the field of logistics and supply chain management.
