Development of Recommendations for Optimizing the Delivery of Goods by Rail

The aim of the study is to develop recommendations for optimising freight delivery by rail. In order to achieve this goal, the following tasks should be solved: a) To study the theoretical basis of railway transport, including its role in logistics, infrastructure, legal regulation and current trends. b) Analyse the organisation of rail transport, identifying key problems and constraints. c) Assess the efficiency of rail transport and conduct a comparative analysis with other modes of transport. d) Develop methods and measures to optimise railway transportation on the example of a specific company and evaluate their implementation.
