The present study aims to analyze contemporary corporate governance systems and their influence on the effective utilization of venture capital. The objective of this research is to assess the impact of corporate governance systems on decision-making regarding venture investments, identify factors contributing to optimal venture capital utilization, and develop recommendations for enhancing corporate governance systems to improve the efficiency of venture investment. To achieve these objectives, an analysis of existing corporate structures will be conducted, successful venture projects will be studied, and a comparative analysis of corporate governance systems across different countries will be undertaken.
