ABSTRACT (in Russian and English) 68 pages, 3 chapters, 13 figures, 12 tables, 50 sources DEVELOPMENT OF A RELATED INNOVATIVE PRODUCTION FACILITY FOR A FISHING COMPANY IN THE MAGADAN SEZ The work is devoted to studying the specifics of developing innovative production of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, using the example of production for a fishing company in the Magadan SEZ. The aim of the study is to assess the investment feasibility of developing related innovative production for a fishing company in the Magadan SEZ. The practical significance of this work lies in the prospects for improving the economic development of the region, enhancing the population's health level, and strengthening environmental responsibility. The production of Omega-3 fatty acids in the Magadan SEZ will contribute to job creation and increased tax revenues, while the high-quality Omega-3 products produced within the project will provide opportunities for significant improvement in population health. This work covers the analysis of the company's internal and external environment, the study of sales markets, and the development of a marketing strategy, as well as the technological aspects of the production process. The work utilizes PESTEL analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, Key Success Factors analysis, and SWOT analysis. The research is aimed at the economic evaluation of the project - analysis of revenues and expenses, identification of tools and mechanisms of financial support - which is a key factor for determining its further viability.
