This thesis is devoted to the study of key Performance Indicators (KPI) for logistics personnel. The aim of the work is to develop and substantiate a KPI system that will allow an objective assessment of the productivity and efficiency of employees engaged in the logistics sector. In modern market conditions, logistics plays one of the key roles in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises, which requires highly qualified and motivated personnel. In the theoretical part of the work, the main concepts and approaches to personnel efficiency management are considered, as well as the specifics of using KPIs in logistics. The existing models and methods of performance assessment, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Special attention is paid to current trends in logistics management and the role of the human factor in the successful implementation of logistics processes. To achieve these goals, the methods of elemental analysis, the site matrix and the complex geometry method were used in the study. The method of elemental analysis made it possible to examine in detail the structure of logistics processes and identify the key components that affect their effectiveness. The use of the site matrix provided an opportunity for a systematic approach to assessing the relationships between various performance indicators and identified priority areas for improvement. The complex geometry method was used for data visualization and process modeling, which contributed to a deeper and more visual interpretation of the results. The developed KPI system includes quantitative and qualitative indicators covering various aspects of the logistics staff's activities, such as timeliness of tasks, accuracy of work, customer satisfaction and efficiency of interaction with other departments of the company. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the developed KPI system contributes to increasing labor productivity, improving the quality of logistics services and increasing customer satisfaction. The use of KPIs makes it possible to manage human resources more effectively, identify and develop the strengths of employees, as well as promptly respond to problems and shortcomings that have arisen. Based on the conducted research, practical recommendations on the implementation and use of the KPI system in logistics personnel management are formulated. It is expected that these recommendations will be useful for managers and HR specialists dealing with issues of improving employee efficiency and motivation.
