The film industry has a hybrid nature in the media market. The difference from other business sectors is that the film industry not only creates content for the audience, but also provides services to advertisers. This means that manufacturers need to consider two audiences - viewers and distributors. The business model of the B2B2C film industry, which requires analytical work to analyze the market and both audiences when creating content. The production of films requires huge investments, but the price for the audience remains relatively low. Regular sociological and marketing research is necessary for the success of the project in order to identify the demand for content with certain characteristics and increase the chances of commercial success. The purpose of this work is to implement 3 scenes to promote works at festivals, as well as to demonstrate the potential of the material for further film adaptation ("Moscow, Cheryomushki" - "New Cheryomushki") Within the framework of this work, the following tasks were identified in the aspect of executive production: 1) analyze the genre conventions of the musical and romantic comedy to identify the production features and limitations that the genres impose; 2) identify the stages of the full production cycle; 3) collect all the information about the workflow that is necessary for further work with the product after its production; 4) create a list of the team and the necessary equipment, based on the specifics of the genre and the director's idea; 5) create a pipeline for the implementation of 3 projects; 6) make an expected checkpoint for each project; 7) create a cost limit for each of the 3 projects; 8)implement filming of all projects; 9) submit the projects to the ICC and after several iterations of edits get the finished material; 10) sign all necessary documents to transfer the rights to the material for further promotion; 11) compare the actual checkpoints, estimates, and pipe lines of each project with the expected ones, analyze the results obtained and justify discrepancies, if any. The projects have commercial potential, in particular, proof of concept for "New Cheryomushki" based on the operetta by D.D. Shostakovich, and 2 other works – "Lavshot" and "All Inclusive" (final titles) can become part of the festival program and become a demonstration of our abilities as young specialists.
