This bachelor's thesis addresses the pressing financial challenges encountered by Consulting Solutions, focusing on optimizing cash flow management and enhancing overall financial performance within the unique landscape of Russian enterprises. Employing a combination of qualitative and quantitative analyses, this study identifies key insights and develops practical recommendations tailored to Consulting Solutions' specific needs. Through an in-depth assessment of the company's financial situation, specific challenges related to cash flow management and financial performance are identified. Financial modelling and analysis reveal opportunities for streamlining cash flow management processes and improving overall financial efficiency. The development of a comprehensive financial plan serves as a roadmap for implementing strategic actions to overcome these challenges. Importantly, the study uncovers that financial difficulties can sometimes be attributed to factors beyond sales volumes, such as inefficient remuneration policies. Theoretical contributions lie in the application of financial management principles within the Russian business context, advancing understanding of effective financial management practices in this setting. Furthermore, the managerial implications extend beyond Consulting Solutions, offering potential benefits to other firms operating in similar contexts. While acknowledging the limitations of the study, including its specificity to Consulting Solutions and potential methodological constraints, avenues for future research are proposed. These include exploring specific aspects of financial management in Russian enterprises and conducting longitudinal studies to assess the long-term impact of financial strategies on firm performance. Overall, this thesis contributes to the discourse on financial management practices in Russian enterprises, providing practical insights for achieving sustainable growth and competitiveness in dynamic market environments.
