Accurate and reliable accounting, combined with comprehensive inspections of fixed assets, is essential to ensure financial stability and effective corporate governance. The main purpose of this study is to study and improve accounting and auditing practices related to fixed assets, which account for a significant part of the company's total assets. This study analyzes the methodologies used in accounting and auditing processes and evaluates their effectiveness and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Identify key issues and weaknesses that could potentially affect the accuracy and reliability of financial information related to fixed assets. Based on this analysis, the simulated company will be offered specific recommendations for improving existing accounting and auditing procedures related to fixed assets. The information obtained as a result of the research will be useful to businesses and professionals in the field of accounting and auditing.
