Production Development of the Projects "Toria", "Cherry Orchard", "Buhanka Chornogo"

In this diploma work, aspects of creative team management were studied, including producer leadership, formation of creative teams, time management, the role of emotional intelligence in the producer's profession, and the producer's personal efficiency. A concept of creative team management was developed and concepts for projects "Toria", "The Cherry Orchard", and "Bukhanka Chernogo" were created. During the production of sequences for these projects, production optimization, script changes and revisions, as well as reducing the CPB and budget were carried out. Within the framework of the script portfolio, 6 full-length film projects and 6 television series projects were written. The slogan "Bukhanka Chornogo" was chosen as the diploma project.
