Modern Information Technologies Application in Marketable Products Supplies Management at the Enterprise

The significance of this study lies in the fact that contemporary businesses are increasingly recognizing the necessity to integrate information technology into the management of logistics processes. This integration can significantly enhance efficiency and competitiveness. The relevance of the topic is due to the rapid development of IT solutions in the field of supply chain management, which play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes and reducing operating costs. The objective of this graduate qualification work is to examine and evaluate the application of contemporary information technologies in the management of the supply of commodity products to the enterprise. The subject of the research is the activity of the company "Baltic Escort" LLC, and the object is the logistics business processes, including forwarding and organization of transportation, as well as the methods of their management and optimization. This study included a comprehensive review of scientific literature, an analysis of the current business activities of the company, a diagnosis and evaluation of the existing supply management system, and the development of recommendations for its optimization. These tasks made it possible to achieve the research objective, which was to demonstrate the advantages of using modern information technologies in supply management and provide practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of the logistics system of Baltic Escort.
