This thesis examines the key aspects related to the profession of a creative producer in the context of modern domestic film production. The work consists of three main sections, each highlighting important elements necessary for successful activity in the film industry. Section 1.1. The Role of the Creative Producer in Modern Domestic Film Production. This section analyzes the contribution of the creative producer to the creation of film productions. It discusses the key responsibilities and functions that creative producers perform at various stages of film production, from concept development to post-production and distribution of the film. Section 1.2. Multitasking - An Integral Part of Modern Life. Here, it is explored how multitasking has become an integral part of the life of the modern person, especially in the rapidly changing world of film production. Strategies and techniques that help creative producers effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining the quality and creativity of projects are examined. Section 1.3. Techniques for Maintaining the Emotional Intelligence of the Film Crew. The last section emphasizes the importance of emotional intelligence in managing a film crew. Methods and approaches that creative producers can apply to enhance emotional intelligence are described, thereby ensuring more harmonious interaction within the team and increasing employee motivation. The thesis also describes the history of creating three thesis films "Side Effect," "Desire to Live," and "The teachers," and discusses how I created these projects from scratch as a creative producer.
