Nowadays, the texts of court decisions can be found in publicly available sources. But in the format in which they are stored, only information about the place of the court and the name of the judge is easily accessible. The main information about the case is in the text of the judgment, and it is impossible to get it quickly simply because of too large volumes of text and their specific nature. This complicates search and navigation in court decisions. To extract key information from the text, Named Entity Recognition (NER) techniques can be used to identify and classify key concepts and names, such as crime scene, names of participants and more. With their help, it will be possible to extract the main facts from the text of court decisions and present them in a structured, searchable form. Based on the data obtained, it will be convenient to conduct various studies and analyze the peculiarities of the work of courts in Russia.
