Product Manager Self-Assessment Test

Student: Kiryanova Olga

Supervisor: Artem Maksaev

Faculty: Faculty of Computer Science

Educational Programme: Applied Mathematics and Information Science (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2024

Currently, the assessment process at Tinkoff is done manually. HR specialists and hiring managers individually assess each candidate, evaluate their profile, determine the appropriate career track, and assess their eligibility for the desired position. Similarly, managers have to assess the level of their subordinates during their career growth. The hypothesis is that we can help HR specialists reduce their workload, determine the most suitable candidate profile, and help employees grow quickly and effectively in the IT field. To test this hypothesis, we will develop a website that automates these processes. It will automatically determine the candidate’s profile during hiring and their level during career growth. Additionally, it will provide relevant recommended learning materials that the candidate can further rely on. If the hypothesis is confirmed, further modifications will be made to the internal hiring platforms and interview processes to integrate this solution into the growth and hiring processes at Tinkoff.
