It can be argued for sure that modern management is, first of all, management in conditions of uncertainty and risk. On the one hand, uncertainty and risk are the companions of human life from birth to death - the environment around us is characterized by changes as a natural process, that is, the future is always open and undefined in its essence. Business leaders and owners face a doubly difficult task - on the one hand, in these difficult conditions, to predict the future, make decisions and act, literally swimming in an ocean of uncertainties (that is, to choose / predict the best option taking into account the context of the situation - the variability and impermanence of current economic, political, and social realities), and on the other - maintain resilience that ensures readiness to face the consequences of these decisions, especially in cases where the actual outcome of the choice does not match expectations. Despite the relevance of this issue, there are not many programs that would consider the decision-making process as an integral approach that uses the full potential of a person. This is what prompted the authors to create a program in which the development of managerial decision-making skills would involve the bodily, sensory and cognitive processes of a person.
