Development and Improvement of the Palletizing System Using a Robotic Arm

Palletization stands as a pivotal process in modern logistics, facilitating the efficient arrangement of goods on pallets for streamlined storage and transportation. Within our team, we are actively engaged in developing a cutting-edge palletization solution leveraging robotic arm technology. This innovative approach promises enhanced flexibility and adaptability in warehouse operations, catering to the diverse requirements of handling boxes of varying dimensions and weights alongside plastic bags (polybags) with an array of shapes and contents. As part of this endeavor, my primary responsibility was to engineer a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) algorithm tailored specifically for polybag picking and then test this algorithm. Subsequently, I spearheaded the seamless integration of this algorithm into the existing box palletization framework.
