The work is devoted to the study of psychological well-being of employees in Russia and China The purpose of the thesis is to analyse the peculiarities of psychological well-being of employees in Russia and China and to develop recommendations for creating a favourable organisational environment to ensure it. The practical significance of the graduate qualification work is the possibility of studying the psychological well-being of the staff and assess the effectiveness of the proposed measures. To conduct empirical analysis, the quality of working life, indicators of socio-psychological well-being and the level of emotional well-being of employees in different organisations were analysed. The sample size was 100 people.
