PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF MANAGERS AND POSSIBLE WAYS TO SOLVE THEM The work is devoted to the study of psychological problems of managers and possible ways to solve them. The purpose of this dissertation is to conduct a study of psychological problems that modern managers of various levels and spheres of activity encounter most often. Practical significance: the analysis of psychological problems of managers has an important practical significance for the development of recommendations to improve their work efficiency, improve the quality of life and reduce the risk of psychological dysfunction. Ultimately, the study of these problems contributes to the creation of a healthy and productive organizational environment, which is beneficial to the achievement of business goals and staff development. The empirical study was conducted by interviewing managers of different levels and a questionnaire survey was conducted on a sample of managers of business organizations. The questions of the questionnaire are based on the answers identified in the preliminary interview.
