Communication Strategies of Interaction with Key Stakeholders Within the Framework of the Sustainable Development Agenda on the Example of Large Industrial Companies

In this paper, communication strategies for interaction with key stakeholders within the framework of the sustainable development agenda were considered using the example of large industrial companies. The study consists of a theoretical part, which examines the theory of stakeholders and communication aspects of interaction with stakeholders, as well as the concept of the sustainable development agenda and its integration into industrial companies. The empirical part consists of two research methods: qualitative content analysis and a series of expert interviews. The results of the study can be used by companies to develop effective communication strategies in the framework of interaction with stakeholders regarding the sustainable development agenda.
