In the current Russian realities of 2022-2024, when the outflow of highly skilled labor has grown dramatically and international brands stopped working en masse, it seems necessary to research how the labor market and the communication within it transform. In the first part of the study, we focus on the analysis of existing research and statistical data to determine objective structural changes in the communication labor market of Russia. The second part of the study is devoted to exploring the subjective perception of the current situation by HRM-specialists and young applicants, as well as identifying their communication strategies, through a series of expert interviews and quantitative content analysis of job announcements, as well as a series of in-depth interviews and online surveys of young specialists. The results of the present study will help to fill the existing research gap.
