This study explores the current issue of developing an Artificial Intelligence-based chatbot to enhance business performance in the hotel industry. The research includes an extensive review of theoretical foundations, analysis of global and Russian AI markets, examination of existing practices of chatbot implementation in the hotel sector, and methodological approaches to AI development and integration in business. Through empirical research based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, hypotheses are formulated regarding the impact of chatbots on customer satisfaction levels and communication personalization in the hotel industry. The study also provides practical recommendations on chatbot functionality aimed at improving customer interactions and boosting business metrics in the hotel sector. This study represents research material that can be utilized by industry professionals and researchers for the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the hotel industry using Artificial Intelligence technologies.
