The research is aimed at studying attitudes when choosing educational products for the development of communication skills. The market of soft skills education, including communication skills, is not well developed in the Russian segment. At the same time, the importance of communication skills development for career growth is recognized by the public. The study explains consumer behavior in this market by studying attitudes and their components.
