This study examines event marketing as an effective tool for attracting students to internships, using the examples of Sberbank, Alfa-Bank and Tinkoff Bank. We have studied in detail the key aspects that these banks focus on when creating events focused in attracting young professionals. The main focus is on the analysis of strategies and tactics used to increase the attractiveness of events. An important part of the study is to examine the motivations of students who attend such events. The study revealed that the main factors for students are opportunities for professional growth, gaining practical experience and networking. The results of the study can be useful for developing more effective internship programs and increasing their attractiveness to students.
