Title: Modeling and Analysis of Business Processes of the State Corporation X Regulatory and Reference Information Unified Industry System. The aim of the work is to develop target models of business processes of EOS NSI (Regulatory and Reference Information Unified Industry System) of state corporation “X”, one of the largest suppliers of nuclear fuel, based on their analysis and improvement using modeling in BPMN notation and to create a local product to optimize the most problematic process. Objectives: 1. Gather and analyze information about the state corporation “X”, EOS NSI and current business processes. 2. description of business processes of the considered element of the enterprise, including the maintenance of directories. 3. Diagnosis of problems in maintaining the EOS NSI. 4. Identification of the most problematic business process. 5. Analysis of business processes with determination/identification of errors, bottlenecks, gaps, risks and inconsistencies. 6. Allocation of optimization criteria for the identified problems. 7. Building a target model of business processes. 8. Development of a local product to improve efficiency within the problematic business process itself. 9. Evaluating the effectiveness of the developed solution, compiling documentation on implementation and change management. Scientific novelty: * Creation of a local product in the organization to optimize the most bottleneck within a single business process and analysis of the effectiveness of such an approach. Practical value: * Recommendations for the construction and integration of a new, independent of foreign solutions, unified industry-wide system of normative and reference information of state corporation “X” by analyzing current business processes. * Creation of an internal corporate product to replace part of the functionality with increased efficiency of the business process. Results: * Target models of EOS NSI business processes were developed. * A local product was created to optimize the most problematic business process. * Recommendations on implementation and change management were given.
