The study is devoted to the current topic of online delivery of restaurant food, digitalization and the impact of digital platforms on the restaurant business industry. With the advancement of technology and the proliferation of mobile food ordering apps, online delivery is becoming more accessible and convenient for consumers, increasing competition for traditional restaurants. The study aims to identify factors influencing the choice between visiting a restaurant and online food delivery, as well as assessing competitive strategies. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the online ordering trend, creating new challenges and opportunities for restaurant businesses. The purpose of the study is to understand individual consumer preferences and find dependencies in consumer choice between online and offline services in the restaurant market. The work involves the creation of an econometric model to assess the factors of choice between online and offline services in this area, identifying market segments and determining their competitive relations.
