Improving the Efficiency of the Staff of MBHI Dairy Kitchen with the Help of Team Building

The purpose of this work is to develop a modern human resource management system using team building approaches to improve the efficiency of the Municipal Budgetary Healthcare Institution “Dairy Kitchen”. The relevance of the work is associated with global changes in the structure of the MBHI "Dairy Kitchen", the setting of new tasks for the organization and the expansion of the commercial component of activities, which requires significant changes in the human resource management system in order to effectively influence it to achieve the organization's goals. The goal of the work was achieved through the study of modern approaches and trends in human resource management, analysis of the elements of building effective HRM using team building approaches, as well as the current practice of personnel management in the MBHI «Dairy Kitchen», identifying the advantages and disadvantages of team building in the institution. Among the research methods, the following were used: analysis and systematization of literature on the topic: “Modern HRM systems in an organization, team building in an organization”, analysis of corporate documents and materials of the MBHI «Dairy Kitchen», diagnosis and identification of the advantages and disadvantages of team building in the MBHI «Dairy Kitchen», sociometric survey of group readiness for effective team management work (methodology of R.S. Nemov “Socio-psychological self-esteem of the team” (SPSC), assessment of the level of value-orientation unity (COE) of the team). As a result, a modern human resource management system was developed and a program of measures was drawn up to increase the efficiency of the staff of the MBHI «Dairy Kitchen» with the help of team building elements, and an original game was developed. Some of the proposed measures are already being implemented at the enterprise.
