Development and Implementation of the ESG Concept in the Human Resource Management System on "Orghim" Company

The purpose of this work is to develop a training program for employees of the BCH "Orghim" to inform about the goals and principles of sustainable development and to involve them in the ESG agenda. This goal was achieved by considering theoretical aspects of sustainable development and training methods, as well as existing practices in Russia and abroad, studying the features of the training program of BCH “Orghim” and directly developing the training program for employees consisting of three modules. Among the research methods used there were: analysis of literature and existing practices, analysis of corporate and international documents, content analysis of external resources of BCH “Orghim” and competitors, consultations with experts, visits to seminars, participation in specialized forums, interviews and surveys with employees and managers. In accordance with the analysis, the training program was developed for personnel in order to increase their awareness in the field of sustainable development and transfer the ESG strategy of BCH “Orghim”. The implemented program was analyzed in terms of its effectiveness, and areas for improvement were identified.
