Digital technologies have become an integral part of the modern world. One of the consequences of this is the emergence of new digital professions, one of which is UX design. The purpose of UX specialists is to design a certain user experience through digital products. Consequently, their professional practice has an essential impact on the final digital product. This study is an entry point into the study of the meanings embedded in digital products in terms of how the UX design profession works. However, the work of UX designers is in conjunction with other areas of production and never equal to itself. This creates a certain specificity of the profession, which is not articulated in formal sources of professional knowledge. There is an analysis of online communities of UX practitioners as an environment of production situational knowledge using the example of telegram channels. This analysis is undertaken to identify the author's “presence” in the context of channels and determine what impact it has on the dynamics of co-production of situational professional knowledge. The conclusions of this analysis will be implemented into the broader socio-cultural context of the profession in order to confirm the significance. This is a justification for conducting further research in this direction.
