Investment Strategy for the Development of Tourist Territories and Resorts

This thesis paper presents an investment proposal for the development of recreational construction in the countryside of the Chelyabinsk region, as a component of the strategic enhancement of tourist areas in Russia. The primary goal of this project is to formulate a comprehensive investment plan supported by in-depth market research, a robust financial model, and strategic recommendations covering infrastructure, staffing, pricing, and location considerations. The research methodology employs established static and dynamic models, including NPV, IRR, PBP, DPBP, among others, to assess the viability and sustainability of the proposed investment. The anticipated results aim to provide stakeholders with valuable insights, facilitating informed decision-making for the successful implementation of the recreational construction project and contributing to the strategic development of the targeted tourist region.
