The final qualifying thesis «Development of effective logistics solutions in the field of “E-commerce” using the example of the “Wildberries” company» explores the current logistics problems that the company faces in the context of rapid growth in delivery volumes. The purpose of the study is to improve current logistics processes and develop new solutions using modern technologies. In the theoretical part of the work, an analysis of scientific and educational literature on the optimization of logistics systems was carried out, the collection of statistical data characterizing the activities of the Wildberries company and the features of logistics processes in e-commerce. The practical value of the work lies in the proposal of solutions for accelerating logistics operations using the example of Wildberries. will help the company improve the efficiency of business processes and ensure further growth. The work is a comprehensive study of logistics processes in the Wildberries company with the aim of increasing efficiency and competitiveness in the e-commerce market.
