Implementation of Project Management Methods to Optimize the Business Processes of the International Office

The master's thesis is devoted to the implementation of project management methods to optimize the business processes of the International Relations department. This work is relevant because the implemented set of methods described in the master's thesis in the planning and implementation of the project within the Department of international Relations will be able to find application in the implementation of similar project activities by similar functional units of any other educational institution of higher education in the Russian Federation. The goals and objectives of this work were achieved by the following methods: studying, theoretical analysis and generalization of special literature related to the topic of the work, conducting experimental and practical work on optimizing the business processes of the International Office of Higher School of Economics - Nizhny Novgorod through the introduction of project management methods in the implementation of a project to attract a foreign contingent. The structure of the work includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusions by chapters, conclusion, list of references and appendices.
