In this visual study, we will be exploring the features of Armenian carpet art, specifically focusing on the main symbols, ornaments, and works that reflect the theme of Armenian rug making. This research topic was chosen because it will help us better understand the unique aspects of this craft and how they can be used in developing a visual brand and creating a collection. The goal of this study is to analyze Armenian carpet art in depth and determine its significance within the cultural context. We will use a variety of sources, including visual materials, books, and studies by art historians, to conduct our research. The study is divided into several subtopics, which are organized into chapters. Each chapter is an independent section that can be read individually, without reference to another chapter. This research structure was chosen by the author, as it best reveals the topic. The chapter titled "Characteristic Features of Armenian Carpet Art" will discuss the processes involved in producing carpets, including raw materials, types of wool, processing methods, and the use of color and natural dyes. In the next chapter, "Types of Carpets and Their Symbols," carpets will be divided into distinct groups based on their symbols and meanings. Finally, the last chapter, "Armenian Carpets in Popular Culture," will explore the impact of Armenian carpet-making on culture, demonstrating how it has inspired artists and filmmakers in their work.
