Development of an Information System to Improve to Process of Recruitment IT Specialists at MTS

This work is aimed at developing an information system to improve the process of selecting IT specialists at MTS. The information system will improve the interaction between the participants in the process. The project includes conducting questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, formulating functional and non-functional requirements, and implementing an information system. Various open-source tools such as Python, HTML/CSS, Postgresql and Docker were used to develop the information system. The object of the study: the process of selecting IT specialists at MTS. The subject of the study: Improving the process of selecting specialists in MTS with the help of the developed information system. The purpose of the work: to develop an information system to improve the process of selecting IT specialists at MTS. The result of the work is a developed information system. The final qualifying work contains 68 pages, 9 figures, 1 table, 21 sources and 8 appendices.
