Innovations in Business Process Modeling

Every company wants to be the best among its competitors, and various mechanisms can be used to achieve this. The introduction of innovations into the business process model of the firm is a modern approach in this area. The general goal of the research is to carefully study the essence of traditional and innovative models of business processes, consider the use of innovations in agricultural enterprises, highlight ways of introducing innovations in the sequence of actions and propose one of them in the model of developing an innovative product in the Scientific and Technical Center "Himinvest". This work used an interview method with the director of the organization, which was aimed at gaining a more detailed understanding of the existing process model. The information received was processed, analyzed, and based on the data obtained, a business process model was built in BPMN notation. The expected result was the appropriate application of an innovative approach in a traditional business model, identifying not only advantages, but also disadvantages. Studying how the use of innovations improves business processes and highlighting the risks of an innovative model of the sequence of actions during implementation play an important role.
