Building a system of balanced scorecards of the enterprise

The balanced scorecard (BSC) reflects the effectiveness of various aspects of the enterprise's activities and can be used to adjust the strategies of its activities. This paper is devoted to the construction of the BSC for the enterprise LLC «Perm Packaging Plant». Financial performance and non-financial factors of the enterprise are used to create the BSC, and a strategic map is being developed. In order to achieve the growth of product profitability as one of a strategic goal in the perspective of finance in the BSC, the enterprise needs to regulate aspects of learning and growth, internal processes and customer relations. At the same time, the increase in profitability of products enables the enterprise to finance this regulation and maintain a sustainable financial result.
