Creation of Information-Analytical System in Investment Company

This study is dedicated to the development and implementation of an information-analytical system aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the analytical team "Analytical Hub" within the corporate-investment business of Sberbank. The research aims to improve the productivity and quality of data analysis in the Russian Railways transportation database. The paper presents an analysis of the characteristics of corporate-investment business in Russia and examines the role of analytical expertise in key processes. The preparation for system development includes analyzing current processes, defining functional and non-functional requirements. The practical implementation of the system is based on the Greenplum database management system and the Qlik Sense business intelligence system, utilizing data on Russian Railways transportation. The research methodology encompasses theoretical analysis of requirements and processes, mathematical data processing, as well as the utilization of informational resources: Jupyter Notebook (Python), Qlik Sense BI tool, Greenplum DBMS. The outcomes of this study will optimize data analysis processes and enhance the efficiency of the analytical team, facilitating informed decision-making within the corporate-investment business of Sberbank.
