Standardization of Project Management Processes in an IT-Company

IT companies’ activities are associated with the implementation of projects in various fields and areas of development, which in turn require high quality of the product being developed and rapid adaptation to changes. To meet the needs of the market and customers’ requirements, IT companies form project management based on predictive and adaptive approaches. PIT LLC implements project activities based on a hybrid model, however, many project processes take place in a chaotic form and the quality of the product does not always meet the customer's expectations. In this paper the project maturity and stages of the project according to the Cynefin model are analyzed, a hybridization model is formed, point recommendations and a standard are developed. The result of this work is a project management standard and practical tools for its implementation. Thanks to the standard and practical tools, the company PIT LLC will improve the organization of project activities in terms of budget, timing and quality.
