Improving the Logistics Processes of E-Commerce Companies

This final qualifying work consists of an introduction, the main part, presented in three chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources used and appendices. This research is a comprehensive, practically oriented work aimed at analyzing and improving the logistics systems of e-commerce enterprises, with a special focus on Concepta. Located in a dynamic and constantly evolving online retail landscape, these research efforts are aimed at understanding the complexities of e-commerce logistics, aiming to lift Concepta's operational processes to new heights of efficiency and innovation.
