Automated Assessment of the Performance of Managers of a Commercial Enterprise

The effectiveness of the performance of a commercial enterprise is closely related to the management of performance of its managers as they are the ones responsible for the business processes of the company. To have the opportunity to correct the way a process is being handled in a timely manner it is important to have a way to assess the performance of managers that are responsible for it. The aim of this thesis is to increase the effectiveness of assessing the performance of managers of a commercial enterprise focused on selling cosmetic products. To achieve this goal an analysis of the subject area was completed, a model of a company for which the system was being created was made, a data warehouse was designed and realized using the PostgreSQL DBMS, then a report was made in the Yandex Datalens system using the created data warehouse. Utilizing this system will make the process of assessing the performance of managers of the company more effective by reducing the amount of employees involved in the process as well as the time that is needed to gather and process the relevant information.
