At the moment, LE MONLID LLC is the leader of the Russian DIY market, occupying almost half of its share. Despite this, the company has fast-growing competitors, so it is necessary to maintain its competitive position. One of the trends in the DIY market is the development of e-commerce among retailers, which implies delivery to the customer. This confirms the fact that currently one of the important competitive advantages is the provision of a high level of customer delivery service. By 2023, the company has 112 stores in Russia, while their number is increasing. Recently, LE MONLIDE has begun to position itself as a single platform, which increases the importance of ensuring an uninterrupted delivery process. This final qualification work is aimed at offering measures to increase the competitiveness of delivery by solving two key disadvantages - low flexibility of delivery and its high cost. The object of research in this work is the process of organizing delivery in the company “LE MONLID" LLC. As a result of the project work, an analysis of the economic and logistical activities of the LE MONLID company was carried out, a review of theoretical materials on the topic was made, and the process of organizing delivery to the client was analyzed. The definition of the proposed initiatives was carried out using the analytical hierarchy method, the method of the sum of weighted estimates of criteria and the algorithm for selecting cities proposed by the author of the work. As a result, economically justified specific measures were proposed to improve customer delivery. Moreover, the paper describes the main steps to implement the proposals. It is assumed that these measures will increase sales by 3% and reduce shipping costs by 27%. The final qualification work consists of 120 pages, 30 figures, 23 tables, and 12 appendices. Also, the relevance of the work was confirmed by LE MONLID LLC with a review of the work.
