Final qualifying work is devoted to the analysis and optimization of business processes in the dental clinic DentaKlad due to the rapid growth in the number of clients and the increase in the workload of staff over the past 2 years. The work used methods for analyzing current business processes, including interviews with clinic employees, as well as modeling the AS IS and TO BE processes. The intended results of the study include improved customer satisfaction and overall clinic productivity.
