The study examines the connection between attachment types, the level of family anxiety and the level of emotional burnout in relationships with the interaction styles of partners in conflict situations. The sample consisted of 62 respondents who had been in a relationship for two years, living in Russia, and aged from 30 to 45 years. An analysis of differences within the selected groups was carried out, which showed the existence of differences between the style of interaction in a conflict situation among partners with different types of attachment and levels of anxiety. It was revealed that people have a predominance of certain types of attachment and styles of behavior in conflict situations between couples. In addition, data were obtained that allowed us to consider the level of family anxiety depending on the styles of interaction in the conflict. Based on the research, conclusions were formulated, a scientific article was written and recommendations for specialists were formulated.
