Development of Information Support of Digital Auctions in Supply Chain Management on the Example of the Petrochemical Company

This graduation paper highlights the topic of improving the information integration of electronic auctions in supply chains using the example of a petrochemical company. The object of research of this final qualification work is the supply chain of petrochemical company X, and the subject of the research is the information integration system of digital auctions and the supply chain of a petrochemical company, with which it is possible to solve the identified problem, as well as achieve the goal set for this work – to reduce the cost of storage and disposal of low-turnover stocks. Within the structure of this study, an analysis of the market, financial, and logistical activities of the company was carried out, as well as the domestic market of petrochemistry was analyzed. In addition, the theoretical aspects of the distribution process in the industry, information integration methods, assessment of the digital maturity of organizations and the use of electronic auctions in the B2B segment, as well as their impact on the accumulation of stocks in the company, were considered. Thus, a list of possible solutions has been compiled to improve the efficiency of information integration of electronic trading in supply chains. Using the analytical hierarchy process, the most promising alternatives were identified, from which a comprehensive solution was compiled. The proposed project makes it possible to increase the turnover of both the company's inventories and its assets as a whole and has a positive effect on many other indicators of financial efficiency. The total volume of the work is 100 pages and includes 24 figures, 9 tables, 6 formulas and 2 appendices.
