The study analyzes the importance of strategic management in modern business and suggests the balanced scorecard (BSC) as a key tool for companies in solving complex business problems. With the rapid development and changes in the external business environment, it is essential for companies to have effective management tools that can adapt to new conditions to ensure success and prosperity. BSC enables companies not only to measure their financial performance but also to consider other key aspects of performance such as customer satisfaction, internal processes and employee development. The study is an analysis of relevant literature in this area, as well as an analysis of the current situation at a Perm chemical company, including financial and strategic analysis. The process of developing the system includes identifying the necessary indicators, setting strategic goals for each indicator, and selecting tools to achieve them. Based on the study, a balanced scorecard system will be presented, confirming the effectiveness through an alternative report of the company's financial results. The developed BSC system for Axion LLC will contribute to more effective management of the company, as well as provide valuable practical recommendations to improve its strategic positions in the market.
