The thesis describes in detail the process of developing an integrated planning system, customized to the needs of oil and gas company X, using the Knowledge Space analytical platform. The relevance of the research is due to the growing demand of the industry for technological solutions to improve the efficiency of planning processes. The existing approach to integrated planning in the company is characterized by a high level of labor costs and the formation of suboptimal work schedules at production facilities. The proposed solution aims to eliminate these problems by automating data integration, optimizing the schedule of activities, and forming analytical reporting. Qualitative research methods were used in this work, which included structuring data based on analyzing the integrated scheduling methodology, stakeholder requirements, and the market for potential IT solutions. This paper proposes an iterative implementation of the system and examines the steps from architecture design to system customization and validation according to the generated requirements. In addition to the practical significance for Company X in terms of significantly shortening the planning cycle, the project expands the scope of the application of integrated planning systems for solving problems in the oil and gas industry.
