Ways to Improve the Transport Logistics System of a Manufacturing Enterprise on the Example of LLC Sladkaya Sloboda

The aim of this work is to search for opportunities and develop recommendations for improving the transport logistics system of a production enterprise on the example of LLC «Sladkaya Sloboda». In order to achieve this objective, it is necessary to: - analysis of the company’s production activities and determination of its place in the flour confectionery market, - analysis of the financial and economic activities of the company, - analysis of logistics activity of the company and identification of its main problems, Study of best practices and scientific tools for improving the transport logistics system of production companies, - analysis of the transport logistics processes in the company and the practical ways of its operation, Development of proposals to improve the transport logistics system of the company, - assessment of the cost-effectiveness of the proposed solutions. The object of research within the framework of this work is the company - LLC «Sladkaya Sloboda», Russian manufacturer of flour confectionery products. The subject of the study is the system of transport logistics of a production enterprise. Research methods include the collection of primary information about the object and subject of research, their systematization and analysis. There will also be examples of the practices of other manufacturing companies, the most effective and implementable of which will be presented for further analysis. In addition, a number of literary sources will be reviewed and analysed to provide a theoretical basis for the work. The following chapter 3 will describe and calculate the economic efficiency of the proposed solutions with the help of the two-factor DuPont model for assessing changes in the profitability of equity capital of the company «Sladkaya Sloboda» as a result of the proposed solutions. Practical significance of the study lies in the description of ways of development of the transport system of the company for further improvement of economic indicators and overall efficiency of drains. As a result of the work are provided conclusions of analysis of the process of implementation of transport support within the company, the most suitable solutions to improve the transport logistics system of the enterprise and proposals for implementing the process of integration of the proposed solutions into the company’s work. Different sources of information were used in writing the work: scientific articles, educational materials, Internet resources, personal experience and internal data of the company. The presented study consists of three main parts (chapters) - «Analysis of the activity of the company «Sladkaya Sloboda», in which the analysis of all activities of the organization is carried out; «Theoretical aspects of improvement of transport support of the production company»where theoretical information is presented from different sources of literature on the methods of development of the transport logistics system of production enterprises; «Main directions of development of transport support of the company «Sladkaya Sloboda»» which describes the main ways of improving the system of transport logistics of the focus company, the possibilities of their integration into the activity and the economic effect of using.
