In modern business conditions, development companies are faced with the need to digitalize and automate human resource management processes. Companies face many challenges, including operational planning and staffing budgeting. The research is aimed at developing and implementing a staffing planning and budgeting system for a development company based on the Knowledge Space platform. The relevance of the work is due to the need to eliminate existing shortcomings in personnel planning processes. The object of the study is the personnel management system in a development company. The subject of the study is the process of planning and budgeting staffing in a development company. The purpose of this study is to improve the process of planning and budgeting staffing in a development company through the development and implementation of a system based on the Knowledge Space platform. The objectives of the study include analyzing the current state of the staffing planning process, developing system requirements, creating a target process model, conducting GAP analysis and evaluating implementation results. The study includes a theoretical analysis of approaches to personnel management using information technology in this area, as well as a practical part devoted to the development and implementation of an IT solution. The work used methods of system analysis, modeling, forecasting and interviews. The practical significance of the research lies in the creation of an innovative product that simplifies the staffing planning process, increases the efficiency, accuracy and transparency of the budgeting process, improves financial control and reduces time and labor costs. The results of this final qualifying work showed that the developed system based on the Knowledge Space IBP platform can significantly increase the efficiency of planning and budgeting staffing for a development company, which has become a successful example of digital transformation of management processes.
