With the development of computer technologies in recent decades, the possibilities of EDMS in the oil industry have significantly expanded. The COVID-19 pandemic has introduced its adjustments to the usual course of affairs, which, on one hand, complicated the performance of a number of tasks in the usual mode, but on the other hand, stimulated the development and adaptation of companies' activities to the conditions formed in the new socio-economic reality. The novelty of the research lies in its practical significance: the application of the implementation plan developed in the work will allow the oil company to automate processes and conduct enterprise activities more efficiently. The structure of the work includes an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references, and appendices.
