Implementation of Non-Financial Motivation Methods in the IT Company

In the framework of this research, the impact of non-material motivation methods on the team of an IT-company is investigated. The first chapter is devoted to the study of motivation models and their applicability in different conditions, also the characteristic of the company Noveo and a specific project team, in which the research is conducted. The second chapter is devoted to the study of methods for assessing staff motivation and the application of the Ritchie-Martin survey among the company's employees, forming conclusions about the current level of motivation and measures that can be taken. The third chapter provides a description of the implemented gamification system and the positive results that have been achieved with its help. The work contains 62 pages of main text, 16 figures, 4 tables. The list of references contains 40 sources.
